Shipping Policy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Netherlands: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Free shipping on all orders over €50,-. Orders below €50,- are subject to a shipping fee at checkout.

Rest of EU: We ship to all EU countries. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
